Vintage Chrome Bumper For 1/5th Scale (MCD?)

This came with the MCD 1/5th scale parts, so I assume it's for one of those.

Measures approx 160mm at its widest, 130mm long and 45mm thick.

Mounting holes are approx 30mm centre to centre for the lower part and 80mm for the upper mounts.
